How to Request a Team Raffle License

 

To comply with AGLC regulations, all teams planning a raffle must follow this two-step process. Please do not apply for a license independently; all applications must go through the association.

 

Step 1: Application

  1. Access the Team Fundraising Request Form.

  2. Fill out the initial fundraising details and submit the form to the Sponsorship and Fundraising Coordinator, fundraising@lacombeminorsoftball.ca.

  3. The Coordinator will apply for the AGLC license on your behalf.

  4. Once approved, the Coordinator will return the form to you with your assigned License Number.

 

Step 2: Completion & Reporting

  1. Conduct your raffle using the assigned License Number.

  2. Once the draw is complete and winners are notified, open your original form.

  3. Fill in the final results and winner information.

  4. Re-submit the completed form to the Sponsorship and Fundraising Coordinator, fundraising@lacombeminorsoftball.ca to close the file.
