Association Meeting

In preparation for the Lacombe Minor Softball Association's Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Monday, November 24, 2025 at 7pm, in the Servus Credit Union Room, Lacombe Memorial Center, we would like to share a few important updates.

 

This year's AGM will be offered as a hybrid meeting, with both face-to-face and virtual attendance options. Additional meeting details, including the agenda and connection information, will be shared one week prior to the AGM.  The Board will be offering a draw for free registration to those who attend in person.

 

In advance of the meeting, please take some time to review the proposed amendments to our policies and procedures. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening the structure, transparency, and operations of the LMSA to best serve our community and membership. I have also included the minutes from our 2024 AGM for your review.

 

If you would like to propose additional agenda items or submit specific motions, please forward them to me prior to the meeting, as all written notices must be received before the AGM is called to order.
